How to Apply

Rolling Admissions Until Seats Filled

During account creation, enter the information for the parent or guardian of the enrollee. The student's information will be entered during step 4. Be sure to save your username and password to enable Log-in for step 3.

  • Step 2: Verify your email address

Ten to twenty minutes after account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Navigate to your email inbox and complete the verification. Once your email address has been verified, you are ready to log in to your new account. 

Withing your account, create a new-student application. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. You will need to create an application for each child that you intend to enroll. 

  • Step 5: Submit your application. ($175)

Note that a non-refundable fee of $175 is required upon submission of the student applicationAfter submitting the application, a Family Portal will be created using your credentials from your application. You can log in to your new Family Portal at any time by navigating to FACTSMGT.COM and selecting Family Login>FACTS Family Portal. Within your Family Portal, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if accepted, fill out and submit the enrollment package.

If you are a parent of a current Queen of All Saints Academy student and would like another sibling to apply, please log into your Family Portal Account and complete a new application. The financial aid deadline is January 6, 2024.
